  • Successfully delivered airtime — once airtime or data has been delivered to the recipient's phone, it is consumed immediately by the mobile network and cannot be reversed.
  • Incorrect recipient details — if you entered the wrong phone number or country code, we cannot recover the airtime.
  • Change of mind — refunds are not issued if you simply change your mind after a successful delivery.
  • Expired request window — refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

We encourage you to double-check the recipient's phone number and country code before confirming your purchase to avoid issues.
