Welcome to Click Airtime. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.clickairtime.com and the services we offer. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Click Airtime website (www.clickairtime.com) and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. Your continued use of Click Airtime constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, as updated from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Click Airtime (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Service Overview

Click Airtime is an online platform that enables users to purchase prepaid airtime and data for mobile phone numbers across multiple countries. We support over 200 mobile networks in more than 50 countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Our service relies on third-party mobile network operators and payment processors to deliver airtime to recipients. While we strive for instant delivery, the availability and timing of top-ups are subject to the operational status of these third-party providers.

Click Airtime does not provide telecommunications services directly. We act as an intermediary between you and the mobile network operators that deliver airtime to the recipient's phone.

3. Eligibility

To use Click Airtime, you must be at least 16 years of age or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Click Airtime complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Security

If you create an account with Click Airtime, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@clickairtime.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or any violation of these Terms.

5. Payments & Pricing

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable fees.

The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. We show the exact local currency amount the recipient will receive before you confirm payment, so there are no hidden fees or surprises.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. If a payment fails or is declined, the transaction will not be processed and no airtime will be delivered. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be reflected on the website and will apply to transactions made after the change takes effect.

6. Delivery of Airtime & Data

Airtime and data top-ups are typically delivered to the recipient's phone within seconds of payment confirmation. Over 99% of transactions are completed in under 10 seconds.

However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: mobile network operator outages, maintenance windows, network congestion, or technical issues with third-party providers.

The recipient must have an active SIM card registered with a supported mobile network operator. We cannot deliver airtime to inactive, suspended, or unregistered numbers. Network-specific restrictions may also apply in certain countries.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times and shall not be liable for any losses arising from delivery delays.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all successful airtime deliveries are generally final and non-refundable. For detailed information about our refund policy, please refer to our Refund Policy.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The airtime was not delivered due to a system error on our end.
  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
  • The transaction failed but your payment method was debited.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by contacting support@clickairtime.com. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of Click Airtime, you are responsible for ensuring:

  • The recipient's phone number and country code are entered correctly before confirming the transaction.
  • Sufficient funds are available on your selected payment method.
  • Your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • All information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.

You agree not to use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with our website or services without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Click Airtime for any of the following purposes:

  • Fraud, identity theft, or any form of financial crime.
  • Money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
  • Reselling airtime purchased through our platform without authorization.
  • Attempting to circumvent our security measures, access controls, or fraud detection systems.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our website or services.
  • Abusing our refund or dispute resolution processes.
  • Sending airtime to numbers in sanctioned or restricted regions, where prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services if we reasonably believe you have engaged in any prohibited activity.

10. Service Availability

Click Airtime is provided on a “best effort” basis. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services.

We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Our service depends on the availability of third-party mobile network operators and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by these external providers.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, or third-party service failures (force majeure).

11. Third-Party Services

Our services involve the use of third-party providers, including but not limited to: mobile network operators for airtime delivery, payment processors for transaction handling, and telecommunications services for phone number verification.

These third-party providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies. By using Click Airtime, you acknowledge that your transactions may be subject to the terms and conditions of these providers in addition to our own.

We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers. Any links to third-party websites or services on our platform do not constitute an endorsement by Click Airtime.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Click Airtime website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Click Airtime and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our content without our prior written consent.

The Click Airtime name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of Click Airtime. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Click Airtime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Without limiting the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from:

  • Incorrect recipient details (phone number, country code) entered by the user.
  • Failures, outages, or delays caused by third-party mobile network operators or payment processors.
  • Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure events.
  • Any actions taken by us in good faith to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Click Airtime in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Click Airtime, we encourage you to contact us first at support@clickairtime.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally through good-faith negotiation.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may pursue mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Click Airtime.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect, either through a notice on our website or via email.

Your continued use of Click Airtime after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue your use of our services.
